Biogas power plant Bulgaria

The methane produced at the Kubratovo wastewater treatment plant is collected in methane tanks, which serve as buffers, and then fed to the gas engines to generate electricity and heat. The energy generated in this way additionally replaces the plant's electricity purchases from the grid.
